The Thin Guide To Gaining Weight

When it comes to the health industry there are an abundant amount of people who have goals of losing weight or fat and the skinny people who desire weight gain are often forgotten about. There is lots of information on the market for people who want to lose weight but there is not too much high quality information for somebody who wants to gain weight. To make things worse the knowledge that is available is quite often poorly written and doesn’t really address the dilemmas that a skinny person faces.

Hardgainer Project X on the other hand is a brand new program for skinny people and is a wonderful source of information. Created by Jeff Anderson, who is a fitness trainer, this program takes into account all the needs and desires of an ectomorph (thin body type) and assembles all the information together to make this a powerful program. The main problems that hardgainers have are: their super fast metabolism system that chews through carbs like there is no tommorrow, their lack of appetite and what exercises to do to build muscle and gain weight.

Hardgainer Project X addresses these issues and much more and covers all angles so that skinny guys can pack on weight and muscle fast. Jeff Anderson has made it a six year long project of his to study ectomorphs and find out how they can get the results that they are after.

Jeff is well known for creating many popular product aimed at the bodybuilding crowd in general so this was always going to be a special project for him. Jeff tested out his principles on 6 super thin people in order to see if Hardgainer Project X worked or not.

For 12 weeks the subjects were put through the Hardgainer Project X training system and the results were nothing short of amazing. Before and after pictures of each of the six people involved in the test were taken so that results could be seen and it really was amazing seeing how they transformed.

Whatever the program a thin person uses it’s important that it covers all facts in how to gain weight and maintain it. For example, take sleep, if your diet is optimum for gaining weight and your doing all the right exercises in the gym but your only sleeping 5 hours a night then your severely limiting your bodies ability to grow. And the same goes for the other two factors (there are many more) if you don’t exercise but your diet is great and your getting enough sleep, again you will not grow. All the factors that are covered in Hardgainer Project X must all be used otherwise your results will not be good at all.
